The German international playmaker is regarded as one of the best young talents in world football, and he has been linked with a host of clubs over the past couple of years.
Gotze remains under contract at Borussia Dortmund until 2014 and is rated in the region of at least £30million, yet this doesn't appear to have deterred Sir Alex Ferguson or Italian giants Juventus.
"I think in Europe all the top clubs are interested in Mario. I can confirm that I have had contact with Juventus and Manchester United, but not only them," agent Dirk Hebel told caliciomercato.com.
"I don't know if he'll go away after this season, you should ask Borussia. But I think they will not let him leave for less than €40million. He still is very happy at Dortmund, though now he is injured."
